Camugin is focusing on three key areas to move towards a 100% environmentally sustainable offering
FIRST AREATHE GASTRONOMIC OFFERINGS
Camugin preferably selects local suppliers, choosing anchovies from FAO area 37.1.3 when possible, and more generally, local raw materials prepared by Ligurian artisans.
SECOND AREAPACKAGING
We have chosen only biodegradable and/or recyclable packaging by selecting
suppliers who can certify the quality of their products
THIRD AREA THE TRUCKS
We are considering purchasing an all-electric food truck to gain access to Old Towns and achieve a zero-impact operation.
